Holistic meditation & yoga

Our Integrative Meditation offers a balanced combination of breathing techniques (pranayama), physical asanas and deep meditation to harmonize body and mind. This practice combines elements of Hatha Yoga, Dhyana Yoga and Integral Yoga to reduce stress, promote mental clarity and achieve emotional balance. It supports physical flexibility, improves breath control and leads to deep inner peace. Ideal for people who are looking for a holistic method to strengthen their health and sustainably increase their well-being.

Meditation techniques

  • Deep breathing (Deep Breathing): Relax through conscious breathing exercises.
  • Mantra meditation: Focus on a calming mantra to clear your mind.
  • Visualization: Use targeted visualization techniques to reduce stress and find inner peace.
  • Progressive relaxation: Consciously relax every part of your body to reduce tension.

Pranayama (yogic breathing exercises)

  • Bhastrika: Powerful breathing to cleanse and vitalize the body.
  • Kapalbhati: A quick breathing technique that helps to calm the mind and energize the body.
  • Anulom Vilom: Alternate nostril breathing to calm and balance.
  • Bhramari: Humming breathing to calm the nervous system and promote concentration.

Asanas (yoga exercises)

  • Head and neck exercises: Relieve tension in the upper body.
  • Chakki: A dynamic movement to loosen the hips and lower back.
  • Lateral stretch: Promotes flexibility and reduces stress.
  • Twists: Promotes mobility of the spine and relaxes the body.
  • Wall press: An exercise to strengthen and stretch the upper body.
  • Shakes: Releasing tension through body movements.
  • Yashtikasana: A full-body exercise that promotes flexibility and balance.
  • Yoga Nidra (Shavasana): Deep relaxation in which you concentrate on your body and breath in complete stillness.

Group meditation

Meditation helps you to calm your mind and reduce stress. In a small group with a maximum of 4 participants, you will enjoy a relaxed and focused atmosphere.

Duration: 45 minutes

Tuesday: 7:00 p.m.

Individual meditation

Meditation promotes the renewal of body and mind. It helps to release blockages and balance your energy. This session is individually tailored to your needs and offers particularly targeted support.
